enGate Me is a Shopify app that adds store lock, password access, age verification and guest visibility rules to your online store. By installing it you agree to these terms and to Shopify's terms for apps.
Paid plans are billed through Shopify on your regular Shopify invoice after any free trial. You can change plans in the App or cancel at any time by uninstalling; Shopify handles proration and refunds according to its billing rules.
You are responsible for the passwords you share, the content behind your gates and for complying with laws that apply to your store, including any age-restriction laws. Storefront gates are a convenience and access-control layer and are not a substitute for legal age-verification duties where those require identity checks.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. If the App is unavailable, your storefront remains online.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the three months before the claim.
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page.
